Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Mr Mans Chinese Restaurant And Buffet Nottingham Review….
As far as Celebrity Radio is concerned, Mr Man’s Chinese Restaurant is the best quality in Nottingham.
With an elegant dining room, excellent friendly and warm service – this is a perfect sophisticated family feel restaurant.
The food is not cheap, but excellent quality. This isn’t your £4.99 buffet!
You get what you pay for with Chinese restaurants. The meat at Mr Man’s is tender and delicious.
With a high end buffet on Sunday’s and daily service from 6pm. We give Mr. Man’s 4*+.
Here’s Alex Belfield’s audio / visual review via YouTube:
Firstly the biggest selling point of Mr. Man’s is the location.
Located 15 minutes outside of Nott’s Centre on the grounds of Wollaton Park – this is a gorgeous place for a walk.
Wollaton Hall was most famously used in one of the Batman movies. It’s gorgeous.
Secondly, the warm welcome and service is truly second to none. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming here for 25 years.
And finally the room is refined with table clothes and serviettes….
Next, the food…
Every dish is made fresh with the best ingredients I’ve tasted in a Chinese restaurant.
I had the Cantonese Duck last night and it was excellent.
So fresh, tender, moreish and perfectly cooked – SOOO rare in a Chinese eatery.
Next we had the lemon chicken and the sweet and sour pork. It was all lovely.
Finally it was a birthday dinner and the staff sweetly presented a piece of cake with a candle along with a rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’. Very cute.
We were surrounded by families, couples and the odd baby – it all fitted perfectly without anyone annoying anyone else.
This is the best dining experience I have ever had in a Chinese restaurant.
Bravo to Mr Mans!
Don’t miss the buffet on Sunday’s from midday. Excellent food at a remarkable £13 per adult and £9 per children.
Mon – Sat 12pm – 2.30pm / 6pm – 11pm
Sun – 12.15pm – 3.00pm (last sitting 2.00pm) – Dinner 6.30pm – 11.00pm
