The room at Vintro Kitchen is beautifully refined and the lighting is impressive setting the mood for a great dinner.
With window shutters on the wall, give a feeling of a European villa, the art gives a 2015 modern elegance.
After just 7 months in Miami, Chef Keith has certainly brought his New York charm and expertise to Miami Big-Time!

So, to the food:
To begin Chef offered the sensationally fresh Cobia Shashini with citrus vinagarette. This was the perfect amuse bouche.
Flown in this morning from Nicaragua – hugely impressive. A great start to the meal.
Next came the Avocado salad. This was truly one of the most refreshing dishes I’ve been served in a long time with tomato, melon, olive and cilantro salt.$$$$
The final appetiser was octopus with a popcorn puree – so original, modern and different. A perfectly cooked dish celebrating (but not over powering) the wonderful Octopus.
For the entrees the crab risotto with champagne comes very highly recommended.
This dish was perfectly seasoned, light and totally moreish unlike so many gloopy & heavy offerings.
Seriously one of the most impressive risotto’s I’ve ever tasted….
Next Came the Seabass – WOW!
Simply served with a squeeze of Florida orange.
Pure Perfection….
This was masterfully prepared dish.
Celebrating fresh fish without clutter and cooked to perfection – divine.
Just look how tender and beautiful this fish is. Filleted at your table….
Finally, the hanger steak with salsa verde and French fries on the side.
Perfectly presented and a truly wonderful dish for carnivores.
This is more than enough for people to share. A lovely dish.
I added the Brussels sprouts on the side which were a total delight with honey and pistachios….
Finally – DON’T MISS DESSERT!
The No bake cheese cake was brilliantly light and enjoyable. This comes with chocolate pistachio at the bottom. Brilliant!
Next Chef Keith’s wife inspired the pineapple Tiramisu with peach amaretto. So light and refreshing.
And to end the chocolate mousse was the best I’ve tasted during my three weeks in Miami.
All three were so packed with flavour and totally moreish. Top marks!
I’d be honoured to re=visit Vintro any time. A wonderfully enjoyable meal.
