He’s done it all from BBC Radio 1, Magic FM & Top Of The Pops on TV.
After a tortuous 5 years after an arrest by Operation Yewtree, DLT is back and ready to launch his brand new radio show…

Mike Read’s professional broadcasting career began in March 1976 at Reading’s Radio 210, where he co-hosted a show with Steve Wright, before joining Radio Luxembourg late in 1977.
He joined BBC Radio 1 at the end of 1978 and was soon presenting the night time programme before John Peel’s show, where he championed new groups and featured live sessions.
Here’s Mike Read this week talking about the launch of UNITED DJS and his career on Radio, TV & stage in another exclusive 30 minute chat:

Interview recorded by Alex Belfield for Celebrity Radio 25th Jan 2018.
Welcome back.
Professional disc jockey and another who was witch hunted. Those were sad days for law and order.
Thank you, Alex, for a wonderful interview with one of the true greats of music radio :DLT. I have been listening to Dave since the 1960s and am delighted to hear that he will be back on the air very soon on United DJs. I like the idea of the station and the prospect of hearing all those legendary voices again is amazing.
I was pleased to hear DLT sounding so positive during the interview and managing to move on from the unfairness of that dreadful trial. Congratulations to you for a very thoughtful and compelling interview and I look forward to the sound of DLT back on the air very soon.
This is great Dave Lee Travis back on air . Great music emperor Roscoe I grew up with these greats
PLEASE don’t let Chris Evans hear about this station.
