The Tapas menu is presented in many languages including Spanish, French, German and English to help the millions of tourists who travel to Valencia each year.
DO NOT MISS the incredibly moist, tender and melt-in-your-mouth Iberico ham ~ the jewel of Valencian cuisine! This is my favourite by far in any tapas restaurant. If they mess around with it and start adding anything send it back….Tinot FIno got it just right and served it as God intended.
I also sampled the Mozzarella & aubergine dish wrapped in Spanish ham…..
No Spanish Tapas joint would be complete without three fabulous dishes.
Tinto Fino Ultramarino did the following perfectly…so don’t miss out on:
1) Basically English ‘Egg Chips & Sausage’…but done with pure class! Divine
2) Classic Meatballs
3) Goats cheese topped with a sweet strawberry jam
Don’t miss the Live entertainment on Wednesday nights with a very pleasant guitarist playing a multi-national playlist of very well known hits. A lovely touch to add further memories to the evening.
Finally. one of the most popular dishes at Tinto Fino is their Cheese cake dessert.
It’s a calorific nightmare but the perfect way to finish this wonderful meal in pure decadence.
Tinto Fino makes what it does look very simple. That is mostly down to Pigi who is wonderful at his job and has mastered the art of service and conversation. Many could learn from his warmth and personality.
