So, to the food…
The appetisers are indeed that! I had to sample the French Onion soup, one of my all time favourites. As expected, this was covered in beautiful melted gruyere cheese.
This was divine.
Next came the Italian meat balls – just wonderful. So tender, so moist and the fresh tomato sauce was packed with flavour.
The creamy mozzarella sets the dish off perfectly.
Finally the chopped salad is an American classic. Crisp, fresh and perfect with sauce on side…
I’m told one of the main attractions at The Henry is the ‘Tater Tot Nachos’.
This isn’t an appetiser – it’s a meal in itself!
With braised short rib, jalapeno, cheese sauce, pic de gallo & sour cream.
If you can finish this I’d shake your hand. It could happily feed 4 for an appetiser!
So, to the entrees. My server literally raved about the roasted lemon and herb chicken. He said it was “the best thing on the entire menu”. He might be right!
With seasonal sautéed carrots, asparagus and green beans along with creamy mash.
This was sensational with a crispy sweet skin cooked to perfection.
Henry’s roasted chicken could well be the most flavoursome chicken dish in Sin City!
Other highlights from The Henry include ‘The Henry Burger’.
This comes complete with caramalised onion, mushrooms, melted cheddar on a soft roll.
The parmesan croquettes were delicious.
This is a truly ‘meaty’ burger and you can add bacon etc should you wish.
Finally the 14 ounce prime rib is a steal at just $29.
With seasonal vegetables, au jus and loaded potatoes – this is a wonderful dish – again cooked to perfection.
There is a lot of meat there though – a hugely generous portion!

Finally for dessert you have many wonderful options!
The Red Velvet Cheesecake with vanilla bean frosting and raspberry sauce was a delight. Light and refreshing.
The Chcolate & vanilla profiterole cake with hazelnut and chocolate sauce was again a wholesome portion, enough to share I’m sure. Chocolate fans will love it!
And finally the Henry is famous for it’s milk shakes. I opted for the strawberry with chocolate drizzle. It was divine.
