Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s The Ritz Hotel London Rooms & Afternoon Tea Review….
The Ritz Hotel London is one of the most famous properties in the world!
With a unique elegance and class of a bygone age, the Ritz offer a glamour of better times.
A London landmark at 150 Piccadilly, The Ritz has been home to the great and the good, the intelligentsia, the glitterati and thousands of discerning guests since 1906.
With flamboyant decoration, this is the perfect place for their world famous Afternoon Tea.

The Ritz is not everyone’s cup of tea – it’s rather camp and at the very least highly decorated.
Of course the rooms have all of the 2015 amenities you except, but it’s designed in classic elegant style.
The rooms are relatively spacious and the views over Green Park are stunning…
With a perfect location seconds from the West End, 10 minutes walking distance to Leicester Square and only minutes from the Palace’s.
The bathrooms are not huge but well designed.
The turn-down service will keep your bathroom fully stocked and room tidy after you get dressed for dinner.
Be warned – request a room “facing Green Park”(Pic 3).
This is the view I was first offered from my £300 a night room @ The Ritz London (Pic 1 & 2)….
Sadly, not all views in London are stunning, as my view proves.
As you can see, these two rooms have absolutely no comparison:
You cannot visit London or The Ritz without sampling the Afternoon Tea.
It’s utterly decadent, indulgent and a carb lovers delight!
With sandwiches and Chef’s desserts, as well as scones – it’s truly a massive treat for all ages.
Warning though – it’s one of the most popular in London. It’s gets incredibly busy so book early!
It’s £50 per person and you have the table for the afternoon so no rush….
The Ritz is very ‘over the top’ by modern day 5* hotel standards, however, what it lacks in subtlety it makes up for in nostalgia.
All guests are treated exceptionally well at the Ritz.
It has history, character and a sense of purpose.
