So the food….

I love the chop salad – it’s one of the best in Vegas and in fact the USA – I don’t know why but it’s perfectly crisp, not over dressed and beautifully crunchy.

Next, you have to try the goats cheese. With sweet onions, walnuts and red peppers. For me it’s totally moreish and delicious plain on bread. Divine.

Finally to begin, the Scotch Egg has evolved into the deviled eggs which are still totally fab….

For entrees I have three wonderful choices.

Firstly, the fish and chips was voted for 4 years in Vegas….you literally cannot go wrong. The fish was beautifully moist as it should be. The batter was perfectly crisp!

This is the ‘small’ fish and chips – WOW! (and only $15)….
