Review Naples Zoo

Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Review Naples Zoo….

Naples Zoo is a lovely day out for all of the family.

With stunning grounds and a huge array of animals – this is a fun but educational attraction.

Located minutes from 5th and the shore, it’s a nice size for a couple of hours stroll or a day out with the kids enjoying the various parks & play areas throughout.

Located within the Caribbean Gardens, this is a beautifully kept grounds first created in 1919.

In this tropical setting, you can enjoy so many of your favourite animals like lions, giraffes, monkeys, pythons and bears.

In addition, you’ll also discover feature exhibits and an array of more rarely seen creatures like the fosas of Madagascar or an Asian deer that barks and eats meat.

Combining conservation and recreation, Naples Zoo offers fun for all generations.

You’ll also discover a number of ways to get involved in helping animals.

The zoo is a member of the American Association of Zoo Keepers and offers talks and exhibitions throughout the day.

Unlike many zoos, Naples Zoo receives no funding from the City and is a registered charity.

Without donors and support it cannot survive.

You can donate HERE!

You can walk around the entire park in around 90 minutes but if you wish to enjoy the refreshments you could easily make Naples Zoo a half/full day out.

The Zoo is open from 9-5pm with final entry at 4pm.

There are restrooms with disabled access throughout the zoo.

I did feel some of the larger animals, like the lions, deserve a larger enclosure but overall the animals are clearly brilliantly looked after.

This was one of the best and certainly one of the most beautiful and picturesque zoos I visited anywhere in the world.
