Let’s be clear – for me, Joe’s is the best Seafood restaurant in Las Vegas.
It has the perfect mix of atmosphere, amazing food and perfect service.
This is a fine dining experience. Everything is exceptional from the bread to the fish flown in daily from across the USA and beyond.
Seating over 500 people, this restaurant has managed to make this huge eatery feel intimate.
The atmosphere is sophisticated and refined but unpretencious.
The menu has a remarkable selection of fish including daily specials including halibut, lobster, scallops and of course stone crab (my absolute favourite).
This is a 5* dining experience and the perfect place to celebrate before a night at Caesars Palace Colleseum enjoying Mariah, Celine, Elton or Rod.

To begin I insist EVERY customer must try the stone crab – it will blow your mind! So tender, so moist – just perfect!
Next, the Joe’s chopped salad is simply perfect. So fresh, so crisp – and a wonder start or accompaniment to any meal!
Also, I can highly recommend the scallops surrounded by Joe’s broth. The best in town!
Finally, the shrimp are so crispy and meaty, flavoursome and perfectly cooked with the special Joe’s sauce on the side!

For the entrees, who could resist the halibut? So meaty, packed with flavour and moist – divine!
It is cooked with ‘black garlic’. This is roasted for 4 weeks at 150 degrees to give it such flavour- now that’s dedication!
Don’t miss the corn at Joe’s – it’s legendary. I don’t know how they do it but it puts corn into another league!
Finally, Joe’s Prime Steaks are world class.
DO NOT miss dessert:
The Havana Pie is so beautifully moist. Soaked in sweet condensed milk & finished with cinnamon – this is a gorgeous, but a filling dessert.
Finally, the Peppermint ice-cream with hot chocolate fudge sauce is the perfect refreshing dessert. Simply fabulous! Delicious!
Joe’s is the perfect restaurant. It has brilliant service, consistently amazing food and the best produce.
