Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Review Hard Rock Café Las Vegas Strip….
The Hard Rock Café is still one of the most popular, highly regarded and fun brands on the planet.
They’ve mastered cool, elegant but fun dining and making ‘accessible’ food an event.
You’re eating a burger surrounded by show business history. That’s exciting.
It’s natural that the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip should be home to the most state-of-the-art Hard Rock Cafe in the world – which opened in 2009.
They have the worlds largest ‘Rock Shop’ downstairs, this eatery is HUGE with equal amounts of energy and buzz in the bar.
Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip offers ‘sexy’ to diners who want familiar food in a much more exciting environment.
For those who say “the music is too loud” – read the name of the restaurant! Hello, the clue is in the title….
It’s loud, brash, in your face and great fun.
Located on the famed Las Vegas Boulevard in the Showcase Mall, next to the MGM Grand, you can overlook the most exciting street on the planet….

So to the food…
Well, they offer everything you’ll want in a restaurant of this calling.
This is not fine dining, it’s relaxed family dining in a sexy environment served with a cool charm.
The ‘Jumbo Combo’ was a piece of work and more than enough for 4-6 average people to share.
Everything was cooked and presented perfectly.
There’s onion rings, potato skins, chick and bruschetta were all cooked as well as they could be.
New to the menu is the flat breads. The Margherita was really lovely with pesto – my favourite appetiser.
Finally do try a salad. They’re a meal in themselves. The southern chicken is delicious…
There’s everything you want for entree’s from salads, burgers, steaks to fish.
I insist you try the original ‘Legendary Burger’.
This really is delicious – a juicy 1/2lb angus beef burger which comes topped with smoked bacon, lettuce and tomato…
Definitely try the grilled Norweigen salmon wrapped in cedar paper.
This was perfectly cooked, incredibly moist and drizzled with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce and herb butter. A delight!
The ‘Twisted Mac” with chicken and cheese is an American classic that was done perfectly I am reliably informed…
The portions are hugely generous – you will not leave hungry!
The steaks at Hard Rock Café are excellent!
I chose the New York Strip – 12 ounce & 28 day aged given a divine rich flavour.
Fire grilled topped with herb butter and served with broccoli & Yukon mash potato or fries you’re going to love this hearty dish….
Deserts are a must at the Hard Rock Café….
The Chocolate Malten Cake with white chocolate shavings was utterly indulgent and divine. The perfect dessert in my book!
The Fresh Apple Cobbler was equally as decadent. Quite refreshing after a huge meal!
Finally the Hot Fudge Brownie is ludicrous! Enormous, over the top and hysterical doesn’t even do it justice – what a work of art and I’m sure, totally calorie free lol….
As well as the food itself you can listen to and watch some of the greatest music every created.
There’s an interactive Rock Wall, high-speed free internet access, a contemporary lounge and bar, and patio dining are yours to experience, all whilst over-looking the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
Located on the 3rd floor, the Hard Rock LIVE venue rocks with a remarkable stage, enormous bar and incredible memorabilia from Sinatra to the Beatles.
Stars and bands perform almost daily.
This place is a cool restaurant and museum.
You’re buying an experience and they offer it to you with fabulous service.
No-one visits HRC for ‘cheap fast food’ – that’s not their thing, it’s casual dining with a Star touch….literally!
I’d love to return.
We love to stay at TAHITI VILLAGE. You should too! BOOK HERE…
