The Elmbank House is a remarkable 3 bedroom holiday home (from home) over looking the gorgeous Northumberland coast.

Located 5 miles south of the Scottish boarder, 1h north of Newcastle & seconds from glorious coastline – this property is a perfect Northumberland retreat.

Offing sensational views, accommodation for 6 & impeccable cleanliness – you cannot fail to be impressed by this Berwick On Tweed holiday home.

Overlooking the East Coast Line to Edinburgh, you’re constantly entertained by sea views, passing high speed trains and 100’s of delightful dog walkers.

If you’re lucky, you’ll probably see the dolphins enjoying the surf from your bedroom window.

Owner Kevin clearly takes huge pride in his home. The attention to detail is the best I’ve seen in many years.

The only very minor downsides are that there is no dishwasher, clothes dryer & the heating is controlled by Kevin upstairs. He is obviously more than happy to switch the heating on and off when requested.

There is more parking than you could possible require.

What is totally unique about this property is the disabled facilities which are remarkable.

There’s easy ramps into the property from outside, it’s all on one level and the wet room/walk in shower is incredibly impressive with grab rails throughout.

All bedrooms come with their own bathroom including shower. This property does not offer a bath.

There are no TV’s in bedrooms so the family will have to make use of the games, books, Sky TV & DVD player in the lounge.

This is a delightful place to stay. If you’re looking for an elegant 4* property with stunning surroundings – don’t miss Elmbank Accommodations.

Don’t forget to drive 20 mins north to Eyemouth to feed the wild seals – remarkable!
