I have been visiting The Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Hotel and Casino Las Vegas for over 15 years.
This restaurant is 5* and gets everything right. From service to food it’s exceptional.
What’s most impressive is your overall experience. Sitting opposite the Bellagio Fountains & located a third of the way up the Eiffel Tower LV – you’re remember this meal for the rest of your life.
Naturally the menu is decadent, indulgent and very French – we all know they do the best food in the entire world!
From meat, fish, Foie Gras, Caviar to desserts – everything on the menu is a treat!

From the moment you check in at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant you’ll feel special.
As you ascend the elevator and walk out in front of the impeccably clean kitchen – you’ll know that you’re in for a treat!
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant also has the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail.
To begin the bread is divine as you would expect. The lightly salted butter goes perfectly.
Chef’s amuse bouche of vegetable ratatouille, smoked salmon with dill avocado mustard & veal cheek stroudle gets the meal off to a great start!

With the amuse bouche, starter, fish course, main & dessert – how can you go wrong?
Eiffel Towers selling point is the view, but, the food a glorious experience for the Vegas traveller…
The taster menu does offer great value and gives you opportunity to try stuff you would never normally order.
You certainly will not leave hungry!
With a meat and fish dish both included in the taster menu you’ll be spoilt.
The appetiser was foie gras today, the fish was halibut and the meat was veal.
Naturally at Eiffel Tower Restaurant, the desserts are sensational…
