I have been visiting The Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Hotel and Casino Las Vegas for over 15 years.
This restaurant gets everything right. It’s a 5* experience from the moment you arrive at the lift @ Paris at ascend the Eiffel Tower. From service, atmosphere, views to food it’s exceptional.
What’s most impressive is your overall experience. Sitting opposite the Bellagio Fountains & located a third of the way up the Eiffel Tower LV – you’re remember this meal for the rest of your life.
Naturally the menu is decadent, indulgent and very French – we all know they do the best food in the entire world!
From meat, fish, Foie Gras, Caviar to desserts – everything on the menu is a treat!

From the moment you check in at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant you’ll feel special.
As you ascend the elevator and walk out in front of the impeccable kitchen – you’ll know that you’re in for a treat!
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant also has a gloriously decadent feeling bar for a pre-dinner cocktail.
To begin the selection of bread is divine as you would expect. The lightly salted butter goes perfectly and sets the tone for this classy affair.
Chef’s amuse bouche adds an extra element of indulgence!

With lunch from 11.30am and dinner from 5pm – if you don’t make The Eiffel Tower Restaurant your destination restaurant whilst visiting Las Vegas – you’re insane!
At sunset and after dark, this restaurant becomes in a league of its own.
The Grand Seafood Platter at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is sensational!
With lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters and clams this could easily be a meal in itself.
It’s unthinkable that restaurants in the desert can get fresh fish this amazing….that’s Vegas!
Whether it is a wedding dinner, business lunch or a foodies temptation – The Eiffel Tower Restaurant will not disappoint.
Next, I cannot resist the seared Foie Gras at this restaurant. It’s superb…
With poached rhubarb, and Alsace spice cake – this is one of the best things on the menu worth a return visit in itself!
The scallops are an equal indulgence. Chef Joho serves them with celery root puree and toasted almonds – divine!
You will be overwhelmed by the selection of choices for entree’s.
The fish is naturally wonderful here, I wanted to try the Crispy Artic Char which was sensational.
So moist, tender and beautifully presented with smoked beats, toasted pistachio and horseradish emulsion. A delight!
Another joy tonight was the fresh dover sole… WOW!
Next – if you want to try a steak – you HAVE to sample the Queens Cut fillet. It is broiled beef tenderloin filet mignon – spectacular!
So simple. So tender. – just perfect. One of the best steaks I’ve ever been served.
Finally the lamb at Eiffel Tower Restaurant is legendary. The rack of lamb comes with tomato tart and tarragon jus.
