The menu is like ‘mama made’. Gorgeous tomato sauce, sensational meats and fabulous desserts.
TLC’s “Cake Boss” star, Buddy Valastro has made his way from New Jersey to Las Vegas, to bring you exciting eatery to The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian | The Palazzo.

The Caesar salad was a delight. So crisp and just the right amount of dressing….
Do enjoy the drinks at Buddy V’s – they’re quite something!
For less than $15 dollars you can enjoy bottomless drinks including Bloody Mary’s, Sangria & Mimosa.
Soda and coffee is included with the brunch….
The meats at Buddy’s are always excellent but exceptional for Sunday Brunch.
The sausage was delicious but the maple-glazed ham and slab bacon was sensational at this restaurant.
Mama’s Meatballs are the house special. Naturally they’re tender, packed with flavour and use the best meats….
There is a small menu on Sunday’s should you not wish to eat the brunch at Buddy V’s.
I have to mention that the best thing on the menu at Buddy V’s is ‘Aunt Nina’s Mozerella Carozza” – Wow!
It’s basically the best cheese sandwich you ever had!
So unique. So flavoursome. So authentic….
Finally DO NOT MISS DESSERT!
Obviously Buddy V’s has fabulous desserts. Chef Cindy will do you proud!
Next door at the bakery they queue out of the door to sample his goods.
At the brunch you get to sample his fruit platter, cannolis (best in Vegas), tiramisu, cookies, infinite biscotti and candy’s throughout the restaurant.
Leave your conscience and calorie counting at the door – this is pure indulgence from The Boss!
