Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Review Brian Conley UK Tour….
We’ve made no secret that we think Brian Conley is one of the most multi-talented, brilliant & hysterical variety entertainers in British history.
From the West End to Saturday night prime-time TV, he’s done it all and had faultless reviews.
In 2016 he’s back on tour through April with ‘Alive & Dangerous’ – a new variety show with highlights from Brian’s 30 year career.
This show celebrates Brain’s remarkable diversity from a world class musical Star to a bawdy club comic and entertainer.
Conley is fearless! He has a line for EVERYTHING. “Piss off” a lady told him, “I don’t do requests!” Brain immediately replied. Genius. ”
Here’s Brian in conversation with Alex Belfield:
Alive & Dangerous features classic bits from ‘The Brian Conley Show’ including Nick Frisby – the outrageous kids presenter who Christened Conley’s best love catchphrase – “It’s a puppet”. The crowd roared!
The most moving moments were when we got ‘Broadway Brain’ with medley’s including songs from Oliver, Jolson, Hairspray and Me & My Girl. A true Star with a tremendously powerful and moving gift.
I saw him at the totally sold out Nottingham Playhouse. A rare and remarkable achievement on a chilly Monday night in the Midlands.
In honesty, little of this show is ‘new’, however, it is Brain Conley at his absolute best. When you have such brilliantly crafted material, you can literally laugh every night of the tour!
Conley is 5* performer who proves that he is still at the top of his game and continues to rein as one of the UK’s greatest ever hosts, comedians, performers, singers and actors.
Conley is a versatile entertainer of epic proportions. His memory is sensational as he flawlessly delivers incredibly fast paced comedy monologues.
The ladies love his cheeky grin, the fellas love his cutting and at times potentially offensive putdowns. His charm offers a masterclass in delivery and ‘getting away with it!’.
A regular favourite, and one of the UK’s biggest Stars in Panto, the comedy actor proves ‘variety’ is not only as popular as ever, but it is indeed ‘Alive & Dangerous!’.
