Nacho Daddy is taking over Vegas. Since we first visited Downtown, they’ve opened up in Summerlin and at the Miracle Mile Shops where we visited today.

Las Vegas born and raised since 2010, Nacho Daddy is a locally owned modern Mexican restaurant setting the industry standard for fighting children’s hunger in the community.

Don’t let our name fool you, it’s not fast food nachos…they serve GOURMET Mexican inspired food. Their nachos are smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, in house, with a guarantee you’ll never find a dry chip!

There’s something for everyone, including all day breakfast, Mexican-American collisions, and a full vegan menu all of which can be paired with their fresh, house made specialty drinks.

The atmosphere at Nacho Daddy is inspiring. Cool, relaxed, informal but still a fantastic dining experience.

The servers are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough to make this a perfect lunch or dinner.

This is Vegas so Nacho Daddy have a brilliant social media opportunity with their Scorpion shot. It’s outrageous, but brilliant…

So to the food. The portions are enormous and every dish is made from scratch in house. Impressive.

You have to try their world renowned ‘triple dip’. It’s as good as you’ll get anywhere in the world!

The Nacho Daddy Caviche is equally as delicious. Topped with fresh avocado, you’ll love it!

Located on the outside of the Miracle Miles at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, you’ll love this fun and vibrant eatery.

Las Vegas is currently sports mad and their Golden Knights nachos was my favourite dish on the menu.

With marinated filet mignon, jack and cheddar cheese with all of the trimmings – this is a stunning dish that could easily feed up to 300 people. Genius…

Next, the chicken enchiladas will blow your mind and tickle your taste bugs with the tender chicken wrapped in two corn tortillas with rice.

One of the best things about NACHO DADDY is their Vegan menu. The Chick’n salad was fresh, light and utterly delicious.

Finally for the entrees, the Chicken Chimichanga was a big hit! With flour tortilla stuffed with the most moist and tender chicken, you’ll love this dish…

Finally – DO NOT MISS dessert.

The ‘Deep fried ice cream’ (only in Sin City) was a treat! It comes with Vanilla bean ice cream coated with cinnamon sugar corn flakes & deep fried, topped with whipped cream. Served with chocolate & raspberry sauce with flour chips.

The vegan chocolate cake was utterly divine…
