Lionel Blair is a British icon, legend, actor, choreographer, tap dancer & television presenter.
Born in Montreal, Blair is one of the UK’s most loved, respected and longest serving legends of show business.
He moved to the UK aged 2 and made his first public appearance with his sister Joyce during the second world war.
Most famously, Blair was one of the team captains on the game show Give Us a Clue from 1979 & was the second presenter of the Name That Tune in the 80s.
Recently Lionel appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.

Until 2005 he appeared extensively in pantomime, for which he earned up to £15,000 a week. He was one of the most adored Stars of the medium.
Blair appeared in the 2007 Christmas special of the Ricky Gervais show Extras, as himself, portraying the end-stages of his showbiz career.

In December 2010, he appeared briefly in a sketch with Ronnie Corbett and Rob Brydon in BBC1’s The One Ronnie.
Blair also appeared as the celebrity darter for charity on Bullseye. On 24 December 2011 he appeared on the ITV program Text Santa with Ant & Dec.
In 2012, he was cast in the film version of Ray Cooney’s farce Run for Your Wife.
On 3 January 2014, he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house. He became the third house mate to be evicted on 17 January 2014.
