Jake Quickenden is a 28-year-old former singer who shot to fame on X Factor and I’m A Celeb.
Born in Scunthorpe he worked as a lifeguard and was a semi-pro footballer. Following X-Factor Jake presented Chart Show Dance, and Chart Show TV and backstage from Wireless Music Festival
In August 2017 he announced his engagement to girlfriend to Danielle Fogerty.
This Christmas Jake stared in the Winter Garden’s production of PETER PAN along with Jennifer Ellison & Maureen Nolan.
In Jan 2018 Jake stars on Dancing On Ice on ITV.

Jake’s younger brother, Oliver, tragically died in 2012 aged 19 after suffering with a form of bone cancer called osteosarcoma.

His father, Paul, died of the same disease in 2008 and in 2016 Jake opened up about his depression following his family tragedies, saying on Loose Women: “’I went into a downward spiral.
