In 2013, Flanagan appeared in the music video for the The Neo-Kalashnikovs’ song Gorgeous Baby.
In September 2013, Flanagan participated and appeared in Celebrity Super Spa, a reality-television program based in a Liverpool Salon on Channel 5.
In January 2014, Flanagan starred in an episode of Celebrity Wedding Planner along with Hugo Taylor on Channel 5.
In August 2014, Flanagan appeared as agency nurse Kirsty Brompton in an episode of Holby City. In October 2014 Helen signed an exclusive contract with The Sun Newspaper.
