Ghost The Musical Review

Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Ghost The Musical Review…..

After the West End success, Ghost has just gone to Broadway and they’ve taken their leading man and lady with it. Cue Mark Evans and Siobhan Dillion…..

It’s very rare that a new cast is ever as good as the original, however, Mark & Siobhan knocked it out of the park. Their acting and vocals were incredible.

This is a magical musical in every sense. It makes you laugh, cry, think and gasp at the illusions. It’s technically brilliant and visually spectacular!

Enjoy an Exclusive interview with Alex Belfield and Sharon D Clarke @ Ghost:

It has to be said that the incredible Sharon D Clarke steals the show as ‘Oda Mae Brown’.

Her warmth, pure talent and incredible voice is world class. Ghost is very lucky to have her! This role is much needed comic relief within this incredibly powerful musical.

Thank god for something new, original, special and memorable in the West End! A smash hit for 2012.

Ghost the Musical is a musical with book and lyrics by Bruce Joel Rubin and music and lyrics by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard.

Based on the hit 1990 romantic drama film of the same name, the musical had its world premiere at the Manchester Opera House in Manchester in March 2011.

Ghost then began its West End premiere in summer 2011, opening on 19 July.

A Broadway transfer opened in April 2012. It will be touring the UK in 2013, after the London production closed in October 2012.

The plot centres on lovers Sam and Molly, who are attacked as they are returning to their apartment. When Sam dies he becomes caught between the real world and the next.

Molly is in danger and Sam cannot leave her. A medium, Oda Mae Brown, helps Sam to get in touch with Molly to warn her.
