Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant Las Vegas is a traditional but sophisticated and elegant Italian eatery opposite Hard Rock Hotel on Paradise.
Featuring a wonderfully classic menu celebrating the best of Italian fayre, this restaurant will not disappoint.
To begin the room at Ferraro’s is grand, impressive and up-market as you would expect.
Ferraro’s does however have a very relaxed family feel and the service is second to none offering advice throughout your visit.
I love to ask servers what they enjoy on the menu – I’m convinced if they can’t answer you should leave immediately. This was not a problem at Ferraro’s. I quickly came to the conclusion that nothing would disappoint.
Regular visitors to Celebrity Radio know I always judge a restaurant by its bread. Ferraro’s naturally did not disappoint.
The focaccia bread came with the most divine ‘dip’ of garlic, olive oil, balsamic, basil, Italian parsley and more. Wonderful!
To begin I sampled the gorgeous, fresh, suclulant Scallop which was pan seared with a saffron sauce.
Next, I insisted on sampling the beautiful Shrimp. Top marks!
Next came the old appetisers – my favourite!
Caprese salad with the most moreish, delicious imported Campania Buffalo mozzarella with chopped basil.
To follow I loved the roasted beet salad. Roasted in house micro-greens with fresh roasted pistachio. House raspberry vinaigrette accompanies this fresh delight…
Now for the entrees:
Veal Milanese has always been one of my favourites, especially in a traditional Italian eatery like Ferraro’s. It was simply to die for – topped (on request) with the a gorgeous Mamas tomato sauce. So tender. So perfectly cooked. So wonderfully authentic.
I also wanted to try two of the legendary pastas made in-house at Ferraro’s.
First I tried the fabulous lobster with mascarpone cheese, black truffle, truffle oil & gloriously tender meat. Perfection on a plate….
Ferraro’s milanese is a work of art….
Finally, do not miss dessert!
Ferraro’s gelato & cannoli’s are naturally made in-house and are about as good as you can imagine.
The traditional Tiramisu was one of the lightest, most moreish & divine versions of this classic I’ve ever tasted….
Ferraro’s is a wonderfully authentic, tradition fine-dining Italian Restaurant.
I cannot wait to return!
