Having successfully completed the autumn 2014 leg of his brand new Punchlines tour, comedian Dave Spikey will be returning to the live arena in spring 2015 for a further series of side-splitting Punchlines performances! Full tour dates below….
The Punchlines dates will follow hot on the heels of Dave’s Phoenix Nights Comic Relief appearances at the Manchester Arena, which will see Dave reprise his much loved character, cabaret performer Jerry “The St” Sinclair.
Delivering punchlines with the quick one-two of a comedy champion, the multi award-winning Dave Spikey is one of the most sought-after comic talents in the UK today.
With a career spanning more than two decades, he has numerous TV appearances under his belt as a stand-up comedian, presenter and actor – and behind the screens as an acclaimed comedy writer.

Two charity performances of ‘Phoenix Nights Live’ will take place Jan 31st & Feb 1st 2015 at the Manchester Arena for Comic Relief.
Dave Spikey began his comedy journey almost 25 years ago, pounding the comedy club circuit and supporting the likes of Jack Dee, Max Boyce, Cannon & Ball and Eddie Izzard – all in the space of one week! In 1996, TV comedy history was made when Dave met fellow Boltonian Peter Kay.
They went on to form a formidable partnership, collaborating on numerous projects, including the hit Channel 4 series That Peter Kay Thing, which won a British Comedy Award for ‘Best New TV Comedy’ in 2000.
Dave then went on to co-write and co-star in the massive, critically acclaimed Phoenix Nights in which he won the nation’s hearts as the legendary cabaret star Jerry St Clair.
Dave soon received his second British Comedy Award with Phoenix Nights, scooping the ‘People’s Choice Award’. In 2003 Dave went on to star in his debut solo tour – Overnight Sensation which delivered a hit DVD of the show and got Dave a gold disc.
In 2004 Dave performed at The Royal Variety Performance in a star studded line-up that included Shirley Bassey and was a guest on the legendary Parkinson show alongside Paul McCartney – fulfilling two lifelong ambitions in one week.
