Cibo is a brand new concept bringing the best Italian food & beverage to modern diners.
Screaming authenticity & great produce – Cibo has a huge dining room, open kitchen, impeccable cleanliness and the finest service.
With a menu of pasta & bread both made in-house, proscutto & formaggio flown in from ‘home’ – you cannot be disappointed by the wonderful standard and originality of Cibo’s food.
This award winning wine bar has a rustic menu packed with Italian flare.

Cibo has a main dining room, bar area and incredible roof terrace over looking South Beach.
Collectively this makes it one of the most popular and impressive hot spots in Miami.
You cannot visit Cibo without sampling their Charcuterie. The Mozzerella is divine – the best I’ve tasted in Miami by far.
With the fresh cut, moist, flavoursome, delicious Italian ham (prosciutto di Parma) and Mozzerella di bufala, it’s a fabulous dish to begin your Italian dinner…
Like the food, the space itself is warm and inviting with stone + glass walls, rustic wood finishes all built on-site, exposed brick and butcher block table tops.
Cibo has elegance, entertainment and great food. For me this demonstrates an ideal gastronomic experience in 2015.
Here’s the stunningly memorable roof top terrace on the 4th floor:
Cibo clearly understands theatre and making your dinner memorable.
The views and atmosphere on the rooftop are sensational.
Back in the dining room, the ‘Wine Angels’ are fabulously entertaining and make your request for a bottle of ‘Italian Red’ so much more exciting.
Here’s an ‘Angel’ in action….
So, to the food.
I began with the octopus in a simple salad. So meaty and delicious.
Next came the Arancini – rice balls stuffed with tagu and melted mozzarella.
This is huge portion big enough for a family to share. For me it was a little dull compared to everything else but nevertheless well made and exactly how it should.
There is a art throughout the restaurant and bar and you should really take time to enjoy this.
Huge effort as clearly been given to every details.
From the restroom art to the elevator – every inch of Cibo stimulates your senses….
For the entrees I loved the ‘Tonno Scottato’ – the Ahi tuna with black olive salsa and green beans.
Sensational texture and freshness. Cooked to perfection – bravo Cibo! The best thing on the menu for me.
Next came the house pasta – made in house from the finest ingredients….
The Pappardelle really is a wonderful pasta dish.
With slow cooked lamb ragu & parmigiano reggiano this is a foodies delight.
The sauce is truly like Mamma used to make….
Cibo also has a shop where you can buy Italian ingredients and home made pasta and bread served at the restaurant.
If only this was available in the UK!
The final entrée was my all time favourite – the Veal Milanese:
Butterflied breaded veal chop with rapini & roasted potatoes….
Finally, don’t miss dessert.
They’re beautifully presented and a lovely end to a great meal.
We sampled the CIBO Panna cotta, chocolate mousse and most importantly the gorgeous cannoli’s!
They’re sensational….
Don’t miss CIBO Miami Beach – what a wonderfully enjoyable traditional Italian meal that feels so refreshing and 2015.
