As far as Celebrity Radio is concerned, Ceri Dupree is the UK’s best Panto Dame and one of the worlds greatest female impersonators in history!
Born in Swansea, as a child his parents took him to see the annual pantomime where he fell in love with variety, comedy and campery.
Ceri adored comic legends including Frankie Howard , Larry Grayson , Ken Dodd and Bob Monkhouse. He quickly developed this love for theatre and desire to pursue a life on stage.
Dupree spent years studying his idols like Stanley Baxter, Dick Emery and Danny La Rue and gave his first professional performance at the Palace Theatre, Swansea in 1983.
