Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Brian McFadden Interview 2019…
Brian McFadden is an Irish singer-songwriter and TV presenter who shot to fame in 1998 as a member of the Irish boy band Westlife. They later took the world by storm!
McFadden left the band and moved to Australia where he was a judge on Australia’s Got Talent.
In 2019 he’s back with his first solo album ‘OTIS’ – a tribute to Otis Redding.
Brian is a massive fan of Otis’ work and has recorded a full album including duets to celebrate his most famous and some lesser known but equally as brilliant tracks.
McFadden has just finished filming the #1 ITV show Dancing on Ice.

Andy Bennet from Ocean Colour Scene joined McFadden in the studio to play guitar and produce the record.
Mica Paris provided guest vocals, along with many other special guests collaborating from the Soul Music Scene.
His new single ‘ANGEL’ with Mica has remarkable soul. An inspired duet. Hugely moving in places and 100% authentic from both artites.
Meanwhile ‘DIRECT ME’ plays to McFadden’s love for rock/pop.
Both tracks are sung with gusto and great heart. This is not cheap pop created for airplay – it’s well produced music with meaning delivered by a pro.
Following his departure from Westlife in 2004, McFadden released his debut solo album, Irish Son, which peaked within the top 5 on both the Danish and Irish Albums Charts, and produced his first two No. 1 solo singles “Real to Me” in four European countries and also “Almost Here”, a duet with his now ex-fiancée Delta Goodrem which gained a platinum accreditation in Australia.
“Like Only a Woman Can”, the lead single from his second album, Set in Stone (2008), became his third No. 1 single as a solo artist.
In 2010, McFadden scored his fourth No. 1 with the hit single “Just Say So”, featuring American singer Kevin Rudolf, and gained his second Australian platinum accreditation.
The single received a nomination at the 2010 ARIA Music Awards for Most Popular Australian Single. Later releases have had lesser sales.
