Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Bounce Energy Protein Balls Review…
Bounce Energy Balls are one of the newest energising and ‘nutrient-dense’ foods on the market.
They claim “you can eat at any time to get the most out of your day and help you feel good”.
Bounce claim to be “amazingly convenient and tasty way to nourish your body, satisfy your hunger and sustain your energy”.
Bounce claim never to compromise when it comes to nutrition. They source only the highest quality ingredients.
Every one of the varieties I’ve tried has an important role, whether for taste, function or nutritional value according to the creators.
So there are no nasties – just beneficial ingredients throughout.

It has to be said that what some of these ‘snacks’ lack in texture and appearance they make up for in neutrician.
There’s 7 varieties to choose from. My personal favourite is the ‘Cocoa Mint’.
I have to be honest, some of these are better than others in terms of taste, texture and palitability.
Cocoa Mint is (to me) 100x more apetising, digestible and edible than the peanut for example….which I couldn’t get through more than 2 bites.
Bounce balls are quiet dry and certainly filling. The Almond and Peanut were my least favourite.
Having said the above, there is something curiously addictive about Bounce – at the very least they are totally unique.
I’ve certainly never tasted anything like these. I think you’ll either love them or hate them.
The story started in Australia over 10 years ago, with husband and wife team Andy & Paula Hannagan.
Their passion in life has always been helping other people to reach their full potential. Andy was a personal fitness trainer and business coach; Paula was also a personal trainer and life coach.
Together they saw the need for a truly healthy, super-nutritious and genuinely tasty snack and Bounce was born.
I guess Bounce are trying to make the snacking chocolate bar culture healthy. For that they should be applauded.
They want to inspire positive change in the way “people eat, think & live”.
Unfortunately for Bounce, those with sensitive teeth (let alone false teeth) will seriously struggle with Bounce.
I’m going to give them another shot….but choose wisely on my selection.
Bounce is available in Tesco, Waitrose & Boots.
