Bobby Wilson is the son of Legend Jackie Wilson and born in New York. He was brought up in the foster care system in Carolina and named Bobby Brookes.
It was in his childhood that he discovered his real identity, that he was the son of legendary Jackie Wilson.
After a stint in the Navy, Bobby Wilson followed in his fathers footsteps and made a career in music as a touring artist and headlining cruise ships across the globe.

His hit single “I Can’t Love You Anymore” charted in the top ten in the United States and a subsequent single “I Get The Sweetest Feeling” followed.
