She married Chris Evans in 1991. The couple separated in 1994 and divorced in 1998. She is now engaged to a man a little younger than herself….20 years younger.

McGiff was one of the most outspoken ladies on Loose Women.

She appeared on the show for nearly 10 years and left in 2013 after signing to appear on Celebrity Big Brother.

After appearing on the twelfth series of Celebrity Big Brother, McGiffin is currently now a regular panellist and presenter on the spin off show Bit on the Psych.

Throughout summer 2012, Carol regularly reviewed the daily newspapers on This Morning. In 2012, she appeared in the Bristol Hippodrome in Aladdin the musical.

In August 2013, she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house to compete in the twelfth series, where she finished in fourth place.
