Michaela Strachan Interview 2018

Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Michaela Strachan Interview 2018…

Every five minutes, a species somewhere on the planet becomes extinct.

A staggering 200 different types of creature every day, and even those on the other side of the globe pull the heart strings of millions of Brits here at home. In this case, we focus on the little bird with the big beak that’s at risk: the kiwi.

Today, the fight to save the bird reaches the UK as Brits are encouraged to do their bit.

Research commissioned by New Zealand-based company, Old Mout Cider (find out more here) reveals that 85% of Britons agree that it is everyone’s responsibility to save vulnerable animals from extinction irrespective of what country the animal is native to.

However, most are unknowledgeable about the issue, with only 1% of the population being aware that a species goes extinct every five minutes.
