Originally from France, Delphine Gaillard is an aerial acrobat who has been passionate about the circus arts since the age of 8.

She trained in 1996 at the renowned “Annie Fratellini école supérieur des arts du cirque” in Paris, where she obtained tremendous skills in trapeze, spanish web, and aerial silk.

Delphine joined Cirque Du Soleil in May 2005 after being discovered at the Cannes Film Festival in France. She was performing a solo in the air for a Special Event.

Shortly thereafter she was offered a position in the cast of Creation for “The Beatles Love”.

She moved to Las Vegas in 2006, and has been performing the role of “Julia” ever since. Delphine performs one of the few aerial solo acts featured in the show, “LOVE”.

A featured performer in Cirque du Soleil’s. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Delphine attended circus school, performed at theme parks, cabarets and many different company events around the world. Most of the time she performs with her feet off of the ground. As long as Delphine can fly and feel the air she is happy!

In 2006, to improve her flexibility Delphine received an intensive Ashtanga yoga training by Eugene Poku in Montréal, Canada.

In 2012, she got certified by Christopher Harrison as an Antigravity Aerial Yoga instructor. She fell in Love with this new fusion technique that combines aerial arts and yoga positions.

In July 2013 after 3400 shows, she performed her last shows at the Love show.

Today she enjoys teaching and performing with her solo act on the silk, wearing pointe shoes with high heels in the air…!
