Sol Campbell is a world renowned former footballer and businessman. During his illustrious playing career, Campbell captained England and played for Tottenham Hotspurs, Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Following his retirement, Sol has opened FBC London, a luxury hand-crafted furniture business, with his wife Fiona. Over the last five years, Sol has spearheaded the business’ strategy, overseeing property purchases and digital growth.
The latest research conducted by YouGov – on behalf of Barclays – highlights the worrying impact cybercrime is having on small businesses across the UK. Firms who have fallen victim to attacks were forced to make staff redundant in 2017 to cover losses – equating to 52,000 employees.

In February 2015, Campbell announced his intention to run for the Conservative Party nomination for Mayor of London in the 2016 election. He was not selected as the Conservative candidate.

In 2017 Campbell was named as Dennis Lawrence’s assistant manager, after the latter was appointed manager of the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
During the 2016 referendum on whether the United Kingdom should remain a member of or leave the European Union, Campbell supported Brexit.
