Personally I just adore L’Atelier, especially if I can sit at the bar.

To watch Robuchon’s seemingly infinite number of chefs working their art is pure theatre and truly magical.

I’ve never seen anything like it….it’s a culinary ballet.

Let’s be clear, Joel Robuchon is one of the most expensive ‘chains’ of restaurants in the world with eateries in Las Vegas, Paris & Asia….however, when you see a chef spending his entire night cutting the best Jamon so delicately….or a guy with tweezers finishing every dish, you can absolute justify every penny Joel requests.
