Chef Geno has created a wonderful dining experience at the top of the Palms called ‘Nove Italiano’.
It’s fine dining but traditional Italian fayre and flavours with incredible local, seasonal & fresh ingredients.
This is one of my most favourite and exciting dining experiences in Las Vegas.
Travelling to the top of the Palms to eat in this lovely restaurant is thrilling.
The views are just as incredible as food!
You cannot fail to be impressed by the flavours and presentation.
What is most impressive is the views from the Top Of The Palms. It’s stunning and never gets old – you can even dine with a complete bore and have the best time just watching the landscape over Las Vegas.
Start with the authentic squid, a world apart from the ‘calamari’ you are served in most pubs and restaurants.
Be warned the portions are to share but you’ll love every mouthful!
This was Belfield’s favourite new restaurant of 2011! An amazing night of wonderful food, great service and mind blowing views!
For your entrée you cannot go wrong with the fresh pasta. The sauces could literally be made my ‘mama’. Divine.
For dessert DO NOT MISS the broken down cannoli’s. One of the most delicious finale’s to a meal I’ve ever tasted.
With fresh cream, strawberry’s and 9 toppings, you’ll be in dessert heaven!
