Guests may choose from the best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisines, offered daily, or enjoy an exquisite champagne brunch on the weekend.
Adding to the buffet decadence is a new unlimited drink option for $11.99 per person, allowing guests limitless refills on Margaritas, bloody Marys, sparkling wine or beer.
Every Friday and Saturday from 3:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. during Gourmet Dinner Service, guests may savor the delicate flavors of some of the world’s finest caviars Ikura and Tobiko, alone or as complements to a selection of freshly prepared traditional dishes.
At this station, a chef attendant will top delicate, house-made blinis, miniature buckwheat waffles, freshly rolled sushi and Ahi tuna cones, according to each guest’s desires.
A variety of traditional garnishes including chopped egg, onions and crème fraîche are available to create unforgettable flavour profiles that please every palate.
There are live-action cooking stations that serve American, Italian, Japanese and Chinese food, daily.
A cold salad station offers fresh greens, mixed salads and fresh fruit. Pizzas, pastas and a sweet dessert station round out the buffet’s culinary display.
