My favourite Blackpool attraction in 2016 is Illuminasia at the Winter Gardens.
This beautiful light show is perfect for all of the family and is a fabulous way to pass an hour or two away from the craziness of the Golden Mile & the unpredictable Lancashire weather.
Just a 5 minute walk from the Blackpool Tower, this is a totally unique and fun experience!
Taking around an hour to walk around (you’re welcome to stay as long as you like), you’ll be blown away by the detail of the various rooms in glorious multi-colour attraction.
There’s a wonder 3D section which the kids will love. This is the Blackpool Illuminations in-doors, 365 days a year.
Tickets start from £9 for children and £12 for adults.

Illuminasia is more than a walk-through exhibition of stunning internally lit Chinese lantern sculptures, it is a hugely stimulating interactive experience.
Combining ancient Chinese tradition with modern production, this is truly an awe-inspiring display which offers something for everyone.
With the play of light and colour, artists of every medium gain inspiration from this beautiful Far Eastern art form.
Children delight in the adventure of exploring through a garden filled with towering exotic flowers and giant butterflies, almost as much as mums and dads enjoy basking in the serenity of time spent in the Jade Palace!

The children also have a fun scratch card to answer questions in each section of the attraction, at the end they get a certificate for their hard work!
