BLT Prime is the premier restaurant at Trump Doral which is a wonderful dining experience with exceptional service and perfectly simple and enjoyable food.
You cannot fail to be impressed by the view over the golf course and the wonderful atmosphere inside and out.
I loved their ‘bread’…an English Yorkshire Pudding with a touch of gruyere cheese – perfect!
Do take advantage of the outside seating. In sunny / humid Miami – a jacket is not required.
The food is beautifully served offering a menu of bacon, fish cakes and shrimp to begin.
For mains there is a choice of steaks, salads including lobster chop salad (my favourite) and ribs.
Don’t miss the Tuna Tartare – excellent! Dessert is also exceptional but I doubt you’ll have room….
If you’re looking for a more relaxed meal, checkout the Champions restaurant on the ground floor.
This may be more informal than BLT but the food is still exceptional.
I LOVED the Shrimp Cocktail and the ‘Naked Burger’….
Trump Doral offers luxury and comfort in equal measure.
This truly is one of my favourite resorts in the world!
