Rose Rabbit Lie Restaurant Cosmopolitan

Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Rose Rabbit Lie Restaurant Cosmopolitan Las Vegas….

Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is one of the most unique, exciting and different concepts to ever arrive in Las Vegas.

I haven’t felt such a buzz about a new project in many many years.

So what is Rose. Rabbit. Lie? Good question….

Well, it’s a restaurant, cabaret show, elegant cocktail bar and offers a surprise around every corner.

The PR line is that you will never have the same experience twice….I agree, it’s totally unique and evolving by the second, minute and hour.

So, where do we start? Firstly, this is one of the most fun, exciting and innovative restaurants I’ve eaten in for years.

It’s not remotely pretencious, preocious or pretending to something it isn’t.

Rose. Rabbit. Lie. offers some of the best flavours I’ve experienced in Las Vegas so far.

Here’s Celebrity Radio’s Exclusive Audio / Visual Review via YouTube:

The food is clearly sophisticated, fine dining and way above average….however, unlike many other eateries in Sin City – it does not tell you this as you arrive and make you feel as though you are honoured to be there.

The service is exemplary and the atmosphere is one of the most relaxed but decidant in Las Vegas.

It feels new. It feels fresh. It feels indugent. It feels like you’re going back to a classier, better time. The music in the restaurant echoes this.

It feels Rose. Rabbit. Lie.

They’re so cool and confident they don’t even need their name on the door….

The food, dining experience and Live music all echo the same mood – Elegance.

Divine presentation, unique creative flavour combinations and compelling variety of ingredients.

Rose. Rabbit. Lie is a foot tapping experience. You cannot fail to leave invigorated….

So what about the food. It’s excellent….

To begin – DO NOT miss the ‘Heavenly Egg’…. with black truffle and egg custard, this creates a symphony to your taste buds:

Next I sampled the Caviar Flatbread with bacon & thyme. This really was a treat. So original, so simple, so tasty.

Another ‘mouth sensation’ was the beautiful Caviar Tacos. At $15 it’s indulgent….but rewards you with a thrilling mouth full of flavour.

It’s also a wonderful talking point for the meal.

I was persuaded to try the RRL ‘Crispy Oysters Rockerfeller’ – I hate oysters but I have to admit these were the most palatable Oysters I’ve ever tasted.

Bravo Chef!

One of my favourite plates at Rose. Rabbit. Lie was the incredible Sea bass.

It’s listed as ‘Loup De Mer en Croute with creamed spinach & Nevada Rasiins.

So flavoursome, so moreish – perfectly cooked:

Finally, do not miss dessert!

Some of the most fun, entertaining and delicious flavours from the meal.

Firstly, try the strawberry Pavola with Meringue & pistachio crumble – gorgeous:
