Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Review Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical…
The campest show on earth is back on the road and touring through 2016!
Jason Donovan & Duncan James share the lead role of ‘Tick’. Don’t miss our brand new interview with JD below!
This is a ludicrously outrageous, moving, spectacular and hysterical musical!
Priscilla has great heart and aside from the outrageous (adults only) gags & fruity language – this powerful & meaningful show has remarkable costumes, scenery and a toe-taping jukebox tunes!
This show is so camp it makes Graham Norton, Alan Carr and Dale Winton look positively butch!
What other Broadway show has ‘I will Survive’, ‘It’s Raining Men’ & ‘Boogie Wonderland’?
Priscilla is joyously uplifting and worth every penny. It’s 5* camp old nonsense with 2015 purpose.

Priscilla features a ton of camp classics including Colour My World, Girls Just Wana Have Fun, Finally & Go West.
The costumes are almost as breath-taking as the characters themselves!
I’ve been lucky enough to see this show many times – on Broadway, in the West End and now on tour.
On top of the remarkable (and ever changing) costumes, the vocal performances in this show really do impress.
Nothing can compete with the magnitude of the set on Broadway, however, what the UK touring production lacks in staging it makes up for in the most elaborate, extensive and visually spectacular costumes I’ve ever seen in the UK.
Priscilla Queen of the Desert is the Musical based on the Oscar award-winning film starring Terence Stamp and Guy Pearce.
Here’s Alex & Jason in London….
Here’s Alex & Jason in conversation in the West End:
It tells the story of Tick (played by Duncan James from Blue), Bernadette and Adam: two gay men and a transexual woman who are a very glam performing trio who live in Sydney but want to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback.
There is no question this show is one of the most spectacular production on tour right now.
It’s the epitome of a feel good show. A seriously fun night out and perfect escapism during tough, dull and depressing times.
If you’re not impressed by the upbeat, uplifting tone of this show you should probably consider visiting Dignitas with great urgency. Seriously, it’s that much fun!
A word of warning – this show is not for kids. There’s adult language and very adult themes at times.
It’s all done tongue in cheek but I would suggest it’s 16 or probably 18+.
I did notice a couple of poor souls who left quickly after believing they’d booked to see a cutesy Disney show – IT ISN’T!
Priscilla Queen of the Desert is performing EVERYWHERE in 2013 including: Belfast, Blackpool, Sheffield, Wimbledon and a ton more.
