You drive up a private & remote mountain lane to the spectacular villa which has a private automatic electric gate for your safety & security.
You’ll be greeted by the glorious Lorraine who goes to incredible lengths to make sure you arrive relaxed and find your way with ease.
She’ll meet you close by and lead you direct to the villa from a nearby simple location.
Just 25 minutes from FARO Airport – you’ll be blown away by the gorgeous views and overwhelming size of this enormous property.

You will need a hire car to practically make this villa holiday work. It is 15 minutes to the nearest shops & restaurant.
This villa is a family home and deliberately has that feel. It is incredibly well maintained, impeccably clean and everything is spotless.
You can tell this place was built with love and leased with great trust & pride.
You get UK TV (as well as everywhere else in the world) on a HDTV, there’s high speed wifi available (for an extra fee) and you’ll enjoy 3G and 5 bars on your phone despite the remote location.
There’s air conditioning in every room in the property.
We didn’t use it as there are insect screens throughout. The breeze is fabulous.
The first thing you’ll love is the incredible pool. At this time of year it was a little cool but so refreshing. What an indulgent luxury….all to yourselves!
It’s over 6 feet deep as I could not touch the floor. Perfectly clean and maintained and the highlight of the villa.
The views are glorious 360 24/7!
With 5 terraces to enjoy the incredible sunshine, you will not short of space. The grounds are also palatial.
Inside this three story villa you’ll get 3 bedrooms with connecting bathrooms.
The largest (and my personal favourite) on the top floor has a huge bathroom / shower has a sensational balcony/terrace to enjoy with a glorious view above the property.
The twin room has a bath. You get towels provided in every room. There’s also another bedroom on the first floor.
They’re also generous with hand gel, washing up liquid, toilet rolls & other extras kindly supplied.
In the kitchen you are home from home….
From a coffee machine to fully stocked utensils draw, you’ll be able to cook a 3 course meal.
In the utility room you’ll find a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
There’s a dishwasher and everything high spec. No corners are cut anywhere @ Casa do Riacho.
This is truly a 5* decadent property with a homely feel in decoration but glamorous location, size, furniture and overall impression and decor.
Close by you will enjoy dinner with wine for around 10-20 Euros per person. Remarkable value and authentic quality ingredients & service.
