Didn’t know the back story… Didn’t know what to expect…. Never seen such a hard working talented cast…. Amazing costumes and dancers…. Then Jane McDonald blew me away with her performance… Full of emotion and note perfect…. Bravo to the whole ensemble… Fantastic night out… ?

What a brilliant review Alex Jane as we know her is a World Class Vocalist and Cats is amazing with our Jane in it.Memory is the ultimate showstopper and she sings it so well. She ougt to have recorded this song a long gime ago lets hope it goes onto a CD or DVD.and yes Jane is one of the best vocalists we have in this country.she deserves to be given recognition now especially after performing as the best Grizabella ever to grace the stage of Cat’s.in my eyes she deserves to be in the honours list this year.she would make a fabulous Dame Jane.

Agree wholeheartedly with everything you say…Cats itself is a strange one – not an easy ‘musical’ but fantastic song and dance – but Jane!! Wow!!! I’ve followed her for years and knew she was a great singer…but wasn’t prepared for this – it blew me away…such power, passion and emotion…brought tears to my eyes and a sense of awe even I didn’t expect! If she doesn’t get recognition for this there’s no justice!
