The rooms are spacious and modern with a faultless team making your stay seamless from beginning to end.

The Club rooms come with the lounge offering exceptional value. There’s a great breakfast (no bacon/sausage) but almost everything else.

There’s soft drinks & snacks included all day.

Breakfast is included in Club rooms on week days (until 9:30am) and weekends (until 10:30am).

For evening hors d’oeuvres it’s 5pm-8pm so three hours is generous.

The bathrooms are lovely – perfectly clean.

There’s a shower (no bath) but it’s HUGE!

Rooms are obviously serviced everyday. There’s plenty of towels and lovely shampoo and conditioner etc.

There’s an extra-ordinary pool and gym at the Sheraton Montreal.

There’s free high speed internet for Club guests.

I can honestly say that in over 30 years of flying, Club World by British Airways is THE most disappointing business product that I’ve endured in the air in my life.

Club World is said to be on par with Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class – but, it certainly is not. Incomparable.

Broken toilets, broken Wi-fi, inedible food, incomprehensible seats (hideous), poor check-in, no sleep suit – I’m begging you to allow me back Mr. Branson!

The Galleries lounge was very nice. We should have eaten in there! The food on board was the most shocking I’ve been served in the ski’s – even in economy.

My seat on the day was £6000+ on their official website and we paid thousands.

Look at the shit we were served…

The seats are ludicrous, the food is cattle class standard and the fact toilet & Wi-Fi were broken sums up the entire experience.

As you leave the M1, within 10 minutes you’ll arrive at the hugely impressive grounds of Kilworth. From the second you arrive you’ll be enchanted as you drive through the vast gardens whilst being blown away by the classic British beauty.

The house itself balances classic decor with 2019 modern hotel needs. This is done spectacularly.

The grounds are impeccably kept and the hotel is a rare gem in the Leicestershire countryside.

Downstairs the reception area has many rooms for you to relax. All designed superbly – your views across the countryside are breathtaking.

There’s several areas for you to relax outside too if it’s a beautiful sunny day like today. Naturally, you can walk for miles.

You cannot miss the enormous orangery which has been spectacularly turned into a bar and restaurant.

I can’t think of anywhere more glorious to enjoy afternoon tea. The epitome of Britain at its best.

You cannot fail to be impressed by the scale and history…

As you make your way through the hotel you’ll be wowed by the attention to detail. Kilworth House is flawless and you can see the dedication of the entire staff before your eyes.

Their vintage luxury is consistent throughout the hotel. There’s a serenity which is delicious.

Once at your room, you’ll love the remarkable size and the modern / classic elegance.

We stayed in ‘Sheridan’ on the second floor…

The welcome couldn’t be warmer. Nothing is too much trouble. You’re even offered freshly made tea or coffee from room service on check-in which is a classy touch.

Forget tea and coffee, there’s complimentary Port once you get to your room. Wow, that was a treat!

In-room you’ll get all of the 2019 amenities + apples, fudge and bottled water to enhance your visit. There’s naturally dressing gowns and slippers for comfort.

Although the rooms are designed in a classic country house hotel style, the bathroom is sensationally fitted and modern – one of the best I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world…

It’s truly impressive. In London the bathroom would be the size of your entire room in most hotels.

There’s lovely touches in Sheridan. As well as fabulous 2019 design with separate areas for the bath, shower and toilet screaming opulence, the free-standing bath is a gorgeous touch.

Please be aware there are steps to the bathroom. Also, there’s no air conditioning at this hotel although you’re provided with a fan. Wifi is naturally complimentary and high speed.

You will of course get high-end shampoo’s etc. There’s a lovely selection of Clarins items available…

With all luxury 5* hotels you get a turn down service whilst you’re at dinner or at the show – Kilworth is no exception. The height of classiness and a lovely touch.

Downstairs you are welcome of course to take advantage of the restaurant for lunch, dinner or even afternoon tea and of course breakfast is usually included.

The linens on the bed are divine. As good as you’ll find anywhere in the world. They’ve truly thought of everything and cut no corners. Everything feels indulgent…as it should for this standard of hotel.

Breakfast itself is a decadent affair. There’s nothing they don’t serve and nothing is too much trouble.

From fresh fruit to toast and yoghurts – through to the Full English Breakfast you’re welcome to sample it all.

You cannot fail to be impressed by the freshness of the local produce cooked to perfection.

After breakfast you may wish to use the small gym, although, if I were you I’d simply walk around the astounding and beautifully kept grounds.

I cannot wait to return to Kilworth House. This is what makes Britain Great!

Tahiti Village is located seconds from Las Vegas Airport and just 10 minutes drive from MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay & centre strip.

Most rooms have recently been upgraded and they truly are of exceptional size and standard with a 5* home from home feel.

There’s 3 room options:

1) 2 bedroom suite that can sleep 8.

2) A large 1 bedroom suite and  3) a smaller 1 broom suite (still delightful) sleeping 4.

These are ‘Royal Tahitian’, ‘Bora Bora’ and ‘Moorea’ respectively.

The Royal Tahitian is the Bora Bora & Moorea linked together.

The bathroom is exceptional with in-room Jacuzzi (big enough for 2)….

If you have an extended stay in Sin City, the Bora Bora suite is perfect as it offers a fully fitted kitchen!

There’s a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & everything else you’ll need to cook a 3 course meal.

There’s a washing machine and dryer for laundry & naturally an ironing board etc.

Tahiti Village rooms are big enough for a family to feel comfortable with king sofa bed in the lounge.

Since I last visited there’s hugely reliable free high speed internet property wide.

There’s is free parking around the perimeter of Tahiti Village for all guests.

Tahiti Village have two exceptional water experiences.

There’s a pool with beach which is huge….

The grounds at Tahiti Village are truly sensational.

You might also enjoy the fabulous Jacuzzi which is big enough for 20 open 24 hours a day.

With a resort feel this is perfect for the family with a VERY rare non-casino property feel.

In fact, I could be very happy staying here and never leaving the property whatsoever!

All of the public areas are secure so only hotel guests can enter.

As well as the pool on the other side of the property there’s a gorgeous lazy river – my personal favourite…

You will not need to worry about towels, you can help yourself to as many as you need by the pool.

There’s also servers and refreshments available throughout the day by both pools.

One of the lovely things about Tahiti Village is the palm trees, water features and flowers. It’s a world away from the Las Vegas Strip chaos.

There is even two gorgeous areas for BBQ. This is truly great fun in the summer!

There are 5 BBQ’s on each side of the property so you don’t even have to wait.

The BBQ’s are cleaned daily and powered by gas for immediate heat….

There’s a store on-site in the reception area where you can buy all of your essentials.

Families will also be calmed by the knowledge there’s a Denny’s on property open 24 hours a day.

Not for me – there’s a Whole Foods across the street and my fridge is perfect for snacks.

There’s a shuttle to Tropicana & Mirage (and back) every 30 minutes. Get the shuttle timetable HERE!

Also on site is the Tahiti Village restaurant called ’17 Degrees South’.

This has wonderfully friendly service and accessible comfort food with sandwhiches, salads, burgers and ribs.

I was hugely impressed with the overall experience. It’s perfect for this property.

The chicken Caesar was crisp, the ribs were moist and the burgers were perfectly cooked.

The prices are incredibly reasonable, arguably the best in Vegas – how can you go wrong?

You can use the business facilities in the lobby to print boarding passes etc.

Don’t miss the beautiful Mahana Spa!

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

The rooms couldn’t be more relaxing, cleaning and comforting – the treatments are excellent.

The Gym at Tahiti village is located in Tower 5 on the 3rd floor.

It is beautifully clean, well equip and perfect to work off the Vegas excesses.

You can help yourself to water and towels. There’s also a restroom inside the gym.

Tahiti Village is STILL Celebrity Radio’s favourite place to stay in Las Vegas for the 4th consecutive year!

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is one of the newest and most sophisticated airliners in history. However, it was grounded by various engine problems, but, in 2019 it’s back from LHR to LAS daily!

As Virgin evolve, this sadly means the end of the 747-400 to Vegas. The end of an era! However, this plane is much more economical so it was inevitable.

The Upper cabin is three times bigger and the experience is less intimate, however, for the money Virgin Upperclass is the best value. Book early and it’s a hugely indulgent treat!

The food and service is not what it was, however, I slept for 6 hours – what more can you ask? The bed is great and the crew did everything they could do to make it a pleasant flight.

With bigger windows, more storage, increased space in the cabin & various shades of lighting – this is a truly smart aircraft. There’s even WIFI for just £4.99 to check emails.

The food is OK and afternoon tea has been disposed of and replaced by a ‘can I have….’ service. Shame. I guess stick to eating in the lounge – it’s a plane not a restaurant.

Environmentally The Dreamliner is 21% more fuel efficient than other similar sized aircraft, which means much less carbon dioxide emissions. This won’t replace

This airplane is the most advanced of its generation. With cleaner air and a lower cabin altitude means you’ll feel more comfortable and refreshed.

I wouldn’t worry about this though, just change into your sleep suit and go to sleep!

Whatever aircraft you fly on, it is impressive – especially if you have specific dietary requirements or with a wheelchair etc.

If you’re lucky enough to fly Upper Class – don’t miss the ‘Revivals Lounge’ (arrivals) at London Heathrow – showers, suit press & full English Breakfast!

I have to admit, I’m a bit disappointed by the rooms at the Pop House Hotel.

As you pull up outside the ABBA Museum in Stockholm, there’s a buzz and excitement that place is unique and different.

Check-in is interesting as you use the same entrance to the restaurant and museum. It can be busy, naturally. Once you get to your room reality kicks in.

This is basically your bog-standard Best Western hotel. There is nothing ‘premier’ about this room. For £155 it’s quite frankly disappointing…

Located a 15 minutes drive or 40 minute walk from the train station / centre of Stockholm, this Best Western hotel feels tired.

The ‘ABBA Hotel’ is in the same building as ‘The ABBA Museum’ and seconds away from the fabulous ‘Mamma Mia! The Party‘.

You arrive at the ABBA Museum and use the same entrance for the gift shop. It’s busy!

There is a check-in desk for the hotel so you shouldn’t have to wait in line. Thankfully the rooms are very quiet despite the property featuring a restaurant, cafe, museum and gift shop being busy.

There’s no luxury in the room whatsoever, although the bathrooms feel much more modern.

You don’t get tea, coffee, dressing gown or slippers but you do pay £150+ a night to stay here.

There’s not even an iron – come on it’s 2019!

If this was a £60-£80 Premier Inn, you would be very satisfied.

There’s a gym on the first floor which is small. It’s perfect if you’re the only one in it.

As mentioned, the bathroom is lovely with a bath/shower that is impeccably clean.

There’s large bottles of hand gel, shampoo and conditioner and enough towels for your stay.

The bathrooms are tiny but adequate…

I was thrilled to visit the GOLD ROOM. I’m told this goes between £1500-£2000.

This leaves me speechless! It’s a very small suite, even by London’s standards. Two people would struggle to cope in this room let alone the occupants of the 6 chairs around the table.

However, the gold discs on the wall are thrilling if you’re a huge ABBA fan…

This hotel is a £20-£25 cab ride from the city centre – this town ain’t cheap!

If your only purpose for visiting Stockholm is the ABBA attractions this is perfect, however, if not I would stay in town and get the tram – they come right outside the hotel/museum.

Breakfast was pleasant from 7-10am…

Breakfast was a simple affair but very good quality. Again, incomparable to a Hilton or Radisson breakfast. The charcuterie and bread was lovely though.

Over all this hotel was a disappointment. I guess I was expecting more from ABBA & for the price.
