I agree with everything you say! Easily the best meal
we’ve had in Brighton for a very long time. I had mackerel
followed by rabbit then the choc orange delice, all of
which were beautifully cooked, fresh and well balanced.
All the staff were friendly, knowledgable and seemed genuinely
happy to be there. Service couldn’t be faulted.
We felt really well looked after and would strongly
recommend a visit or three!
